By downloading, installing, or using the ChipCaddie mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

ChipCaddie is a golf distance tracking application that helps golfers:

• Record and track club distances for various swing positions
• Receive club recommendations based on target distances
• Adjust distances for course conditions
• Improve their short game through data-driven insights

License and Usage

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ChipCaddie for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without our written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

User Data and Privacy

Your golf data (club information, distances, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit this data to our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete information about data handling.

Golf Performance

ChipCaddie is a tool to help track and analyze golf distances. We make no guarantees about golf performance improvements. Results may vary based on individual skill, practice, and course conditions.

Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in our distance calculations and recommendations, golf involves many variables. Always use your judgment and consider course conditions when making club selections.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• ChipCaddie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)

Intellectual Property

ChipCaddie and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our written permission.

App Store Terms

If you download ChipCaddie from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms regarding your use of the App

Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by deleting the App. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
